Our Space

Ritual’s Yoga space has been open since 2021 and offers a wide range of classes and other restorative practices designed by Premaloka and our other experienced practitioners to nourish, heal and revitalize. Set in the heart of the picturesque Waiheke Island, Ritual is only a short ferry ride from the centre of Auckland City and yet boasts a much needed escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Our space is easily accessible by bus and provides disabled parking and building access. We invite you to relax, replenish and reinvigorate yourselves at at our Yoga, cafe and retail space.

Ritual is a Yoga studio and Yoga School on Waiheke Island, Auckland, New Zealand, offering Yoga classes and workshops, Yoga teacher training, online yoga, private yoga classes and more.
Along with several other experienced teachers, the resident teacher at Ritual is Premaloka,
headteacher and trainer from Prema at the Heart of Yoga. Premaloka is a
highly skilled senior teacher and Yogi offering a yoga fusion, created
from decades of studying and practising Hatha Yoga through different lineages and styles.
